You can choose the "Pay by check" option and not make your final payment until May 31. Or if you want to make installment payments along the way (either by check or by credit card), that works, too! The advantage of registering before Feb. 1 is that you get the incentive package and lower rates.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Crowne Plaza Colorado Springs is the convocation hotel. Feel right at home in this newly renovated and entirely smoke-free facility with a variety of amenities including two swimming pools, fitness center, meeting rooms, a Marketplace, business service center, and complimentary local area shuttle within a 3 mile radius.
The room rate is $119.00 per room. All rates are per room, per night plus tax, for 1-4 people. This rate is available three days before and three days after the event on a space available basis, at the discretion of the hotel.
