This event focuses on large group experiences
(worship services, concerts, and plenary sessions)
to renew and inspire more effective and inspired worship
for our communities of faith.
Special tracks for preachers and worship artists
make this a perfect opportunity for church staffs to attend the event together.
The convocation begins Monday afternoon, July 15, 2013, at 2:00 p.m.
and ends Thursday night, July 18, 2013, following evening worship.

REQUIRED OF ALL PARTICIPANTS. Meal package includes 4 dinners (Tuesday night dinner cruise and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday dinners at the Westin Hotel). Breakfast and lunch is on your own; many options are available in the downtown area.

This registration DOES NOT include any meals or transportation to off-site evening events. There are numerous restaurants close to the hotel.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The Westin Convention Center, Pittsburgh is the convocation hotel. Immerse yourself in the heart of the city. The Westin is convenient for the convocation events and exploring Pittsburgh's vibrant downtown. Stroll to the Strip District's street market for ethnic food and boutique shops. All guest rooms and suites feature downtown or river views, plus the sublime Westin Heavenly Bed® and Heavenly Bath®.
The room rate is $129.00 per room. All rates are per room, per night plus tax, for 1-4 people.
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservation.
Due to contractual obligations, all participants will need to be housed at the convocation hotel. Please make your housing reservation before registering. You will need your Westin hotel confirmation number to complete your registration. (Western PA residents are exempt from this requirement.)
This rate is available two days before and two days after the event on a space available basis, at the discretion of the hotel. If you have any trouble in reserving for these dates (July 13, 14, 19 or 20), please contact the national Fellowship office (800.952.8977). Unless noted here, rooms at the hotel ARE available.
