Because of its central location, the hotel frequently sells out during local events.
The room rate is $129.00 per room. All rates are per room, per night plus tax, for 1-2 people. This rate is available three days before and three days after the event on a space available basis, at the discretion of the hotel.
Due to contractural obligations, all participants will need to be housed at the convention hotel. Please make your housing reservation before registering. You will need your Hilton hotel confirmation number to complete your registration. (Florida residents, except scholarship recipients, are exempt from this requirement.)
