The Hilton at Walt Disney World Resort is the convocation hotel. Hotel guests enjoy exceptional facilities at AAA's longest-running Four Diamond Resort in Central Florida only steps away from some of Walt Disney World's most popular amenities and attractions. Because of its central location, the hotel frequently sells out during local events.

The room rate is $129.00 per room. All rates are per room, per night plus tax, for 1-2 people. This rate is available three days before and three days after the event on a space available basis, at the discretion of the hotel.

Due to contractural obligations, all participants will need to be housed at the convention hotel.  Please make your housing reservation before registering.
